Team Leader (Enova 365): Leading and developing a team of Enova365 implementation consultants, ensuring quality and timeliness of end-to-end HR & Payroll implementations. Focus on overseeing analysis, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live processes while building a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Location: Hybrid. Fluent Polish and English skills required. Workation possible from any hirify.global EU location (4 weeks per year).

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Enova365 implementation consultants, including onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Plan and allocate team resources, ensuring the quality and timeliness of end-to-end Enova365 HR & Payroll implementations.
- Oversee analysis, configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live processes.
- Act as the first escalation point for delivery issues and client concerns.
- Cooperate closely with OPS, Payroll Operations, Project Management, IT/Integrations, and International teams.
- Standardize and continuously improve implementation practices, and build a culture of collaboration and customer focus.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of the Enova365 system and Polish HR & Payroll regulations.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end implementation processes.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team.
- Fluent Polish and English skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of organization, ownership, and attention to detail, with a customer-centric mindset.
