• Build the most efficient global Logistics platform using React, Java, TypeScript, and Kotlin.
• Implement new features and improve the user experience of existing solutions.
• Be data-oriented, assess feature impact, make hypotheses, and implement new solutions.
• Participate in the entire development lifecycle from specification to deployment and production.
• Innovate technology, process, and product within the organization.
• Work collaboratively with a great team to succeed in the mission.

Requirements

• 70% focus on frontend React and 30% contribution to Java/Kotlin backend services; strong willingness and ability to learn backend is required for candidates with limited experience.
• Expert in ReactJS, TypeScript, and Java or Kotlin.
• Must have real-world experience scaling ReactJS and Java applications for performance and reliability.
• 5+ years of professional web application development experience.
• Experience in mentoring junior engineers.
• Ability to write unit, behavior, and integration tests.
