What you will do

• Develop backend solutions in Java and frontend integrations in JavaScript for the Personalization Engine.
• Collaborate closely with business partners to implement technical solutions using the latest technologies.
• Support continuous improvement of development processes and infrastructure.
• Act as a contact person for the Personalization Engine, providing consultative support to hirify.global teams and subsidiaries.
• Contribute to the new Marketing Hub frontend using modern JavaScript frameworks like React.

Requirements

• Experience in Java development, including Spring (Boot).
• Optional experience with modern JavaScript frontend frameworks like React.
• Ability to develop big features from small ideas in a dynamic team, customer-focused.
• Capable of writing stable, elegant, and fast code with pragmatism.
• A team player who welcomes agile working methods and enjoys communication in English (and optionally German).
• A numbers-interested individual eager to measure the success of implemented features.
