What you will do
- Receive, log, and manage user requests, incidents, and inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting issues, performing root-cause analysis, and identifying appropriate solutions.
- Ensure end-users are regularly informed about the status and progress of their requests.
- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to understand and define their needs.
- Deliver training sessions and provide guidance to staff on relevant tools, systems, and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the development team on system improvements and contribute to documentation.
Requirements
- Higher education or equivalent overall experience.
- At least one year of successful experience in application support.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand processes.
- Hands-on experience working with a ticketing system.
- Excellent knowledge of English & French is mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
Nice to have
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience with European Institutions.
