What you will do

• Design highly sophisticated CMOS transceiver/SERDES products, including architectural investigations and circuit implementation.
• Implement circuits such as PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, and CDRs.
• Meet key performance targets and perform design verification using tools like SPICE, Spectre, and MATLAB.
• Conduct layout activities in nanometric technologies and supervise physical design.
• Characterize, debug, and validate designs in the lab, independently or with test engineers.
• Generate design-related documents and application specifications, supporting customers and FAEs as needed.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
• Hands-on experience in designing mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs, Filters, Bandgap bias circuits, regulators).
• Knowledge and experience in low power and high-speed design techniques.
• Proficiency in IC design CAD tools (Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Hsim, Verilog).
• Lab testing skills to evaluate prototype units to design specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience, or Master's/PhD with 3-5 years of experience.
• Applicants must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
