What you will do

• Launch profitable trading strategies.
• Test and implement trading/statistical models, algorithms, and signals.
• Conduct research and statistical analysis to build and refine trading systems.
• Perform in-depth analysis and data mining of various market inefficiencies.
• Provide results in the form of reports and presentations.
• Participate in team research projects.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Russian.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Higher education in statistics, mathematics, econometrics, or computer science.
• Practical experience (at least 3 years) as a Data Scientist/Quantitative Analyst in a fintech company with real-world stock trading application.
• Strong analytical background and quantitative skills.
• Middle+ Python/Scala programming level (experience related to data analysis).

Nice to have

• Experience as a Financial Quantitative Analyst, or in a related role performing quantitative analysis.
