What you will do

• Animate performance marketing video ads for mobile games in the social casino genre.
• Create scenarios, storyboards, and animations for diverse projects.
• Execute and edit in-house Live Action productions.
• Adapt and evolve motion assets based on creative briefs and top-performing references.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to implement created advertisements.
• Track mobile game advertising trends and integrate marketing metrics for creative performance improvement.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and 2D motion design principles.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects plug-ins (Trapcode, 3D Element, Saber, etc.).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong creativity, unconventional thinking, and openness to new animation techniques.
• Good communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• A proactive and iterative mindset, focused on rapid testing, learning, and improvement.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.
