What you will do

• Design architecture for stablecoin distribution product, enabling rapid prototyping while keeping a long-term industrialization mindset.
• Support product managers with a technology view, estimations, and guidance on implementation.
• Build Proofs of Concept to validate assumptions on gas costs, transaction speed, and finality.
• Define the technical strategy and select appropriate technology choices.
• Design secure end-to-end architectures encompassing wallet management, key custody, and smart contract standards.
• Lead integration design of blockchain nodes and APIs with hirify.global’s existing payment gateways and banking interfaces.
• Evaluate external technology providers and open-source protocols for build vs. buy decisions.

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT), with deep understanding of EVM-based chains (Ethereum, Polygon).
• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, with ability to design systems that integrate with complex enterprise environments.
• Security-first mindset, including knowledge of cryptographic primitives and smart contract security best practices.
• Ability to translate technical choices to business justifications and provide a market view on the latest technology.
• Comfortable navigating the friction between immutable ledgers and reversible banking transactions.
• Collaborative spirit to work effectively with Product Managers.
