What you will do
- Write clear, concise, and user-friendly content for help centers, knowledge bases, and getting started guides.
- Develop instructional content including how-to guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
- Create and optimize content for different learning styles and user knowledge levels.
- Leverage AI tools to help draft, optimize, and scale content production efficiently.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand features and translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
- Maintain content accuracy through regular audits and updates as products evolve.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience writing technical or educational content, preferably in SaaS.
- Excellent writing skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency with AI writing tools and prompt engineering.
- Experience with content management systems and help authoring tools.
- Basic HTML knowledge and familiarity with Markdown.
