Salary: €74,000-€82,000

What you will do

• Write clear, concise, and user-friendly content for help centers, knowledge bases, and getting started guides.
• Develop instructional content including how-to guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
• Create and optimize content for different learning styles and user knowledge levels.
• Leverage AI tools to help draft, optimize, and scale content production efficiently.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand features and translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
• Maintain content accuracy through regular audits and updates as products evolve.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience writing technical or educational content, preferably in SaaS.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Proficiency with AI writing tools and prompt engineering.
• Experience with content management systems and help authoring tools.
• Basic HTML knowledge and familiarity with Markdown.
