What you will do

• Own and drive full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers.

• Deliver high-touch candidate experiences reflecting hirify.global's values.
• Utilize data and metrics to inform and continuously improve recruiting strategies.
• Partner with employer branding, people analytics, and HR teams to align hiring efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in fast-paced, product-driven companies.
• Strong understanding of the talent landscape, especially in Brazil and LATAM.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem).
• Passion for candidate experience, inclusive hiring, and employer brand.
• Advanced English is required; Spanish is a plus.
