What you will do
- Audit and categorise HTML email templates and content blocks within existing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop new modular templates based on UX/UI designs for Bloomreach, incorporating dynamic personalisation using Jinja.
- Manage compatibility, health, and QA of all email communications, including troubleshooting.
- Work with the wider marketing team to ensure email marketing activity aligns with broader strategy.
- Coach CRM teams on building communications in Bloomreach and share how-to guides.
- Design a programme to enable proofing, testing, and rendering checks across key email clients and devices.
- Review campaign performance data and collaborate to optimise content, subject lines, and personalisation.
Requirements
- Must have AmpScript, Jinja, or similar template language experience.
- Experience building responsive and dynamic HTML & CSS content that renders well across all main email clients.
- Experience ensuring deliverability using testing tools such as Emails on Acid and Litmus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
- Experience with REST APIs to trigger transactional emails or pull external data.
- SQL proficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets and previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
