Support Application Engineer

TL;DR

Support Application Engineer: Providing support levels 1, 2, and 3 while resolving issues with SQL and PL/SQL with an accent on financial concepts. Focus on using Oracle, Jira, Confluence, VBA, and ITIL.

Location: Hybrid, 2 times a week in the Lisbon or Porto office. Requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.

What you will do

• Provide professional experience with Support Level 1, 2, 3.
• Work with PL/SQL and SQL.
• Use Oracle, Jira, Confluence, VBA, and ITIL.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in support roles.
• Strong experience with PL/SQL and SQL.
• Familiarity with Financial concepts.
• Fluency in English (B2).
• Availability for a hybrid work model, 2 times a week in the Lisbon or Porto office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other programming languages.
• Experience with Oracle, Jira, Confluence, VBA, ITIL, Big Data.
• Fluency in French.
