TL;DR

Customer Success Manager: Ensuring customer success throughout their lifecycle by assisting with onboarding, configuration, and product adoption, and partnering with sales to create engagement strategies. Focus on building relationships with decision-makers, identifying churn risks, and creating strategies to win back lost customers.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

  • Assist customers with onboarding, configuration, and ongoing product adoption.
  • Partner with Sales to create and execute engagement strategies.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and lead strategic meetings.
  • Identify and address accounts not fully utilizing the product or at risk of churn.
  • Develop strategies to win back lost or churned customers.
  • Ensure customer success by leveraging the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Support or Customer Success.
  • Previous experience working to support a highly technical product.
  • Previous experience onboarding new customers and developing extensive customer enablement documentation or webinars.
  • Ability to use MySQL or other data assessment tools (Birst, Tableau, Looker).
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • 3 or 5 years of experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a SaaS solution.
  • Worked in a DevOps environment or with a company transitioning to DevOps.
