What you will do

• Lead organizational preparation for the SAP S/4HANA upgrade, including process readiness, data work, and business change.
• Coordinate activities across business units, ICT teams, and external vendors to maintain alignment and avoid delays.
• Develop and maintain a clear programme roadmap spanning initiation, planning, delivery, cutover, and early stabilisation.
• Apply robust governance practices, producing timely reports, dashboards, and escalations for senior leaders.
• Manage programme-level risks, issues, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Oversee financial tracking, including budgets, forecasts, and commercial activity.

Requirements

• 10+ years delivering complex programmes or large-scale projects, with significant experience in senior programme or portfolio management roles.
• Proven experience with SAP S4 implementation or upgrade required.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external vendors within SAP transformations.
• Strong understanding of SAP delivery approaches (e.g., SAP Activate) and experience in structured or hybrid project environments.
• Expertise in readiness for major system change, including process mapping, data preparation, and integration planning.
• Solid knowledge of governance, assurance, stakeholder management, and programme-level risk control.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments.
• Third-level qualification in business, ICT, engineering, or related discipline; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
