What you will do

• Source, negotiate, and sign deals with gaming studios, focusing on the CIS and Eastern European markets.
• Onboard and manage new partner studios, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Lead the full lifecycle of game development, from ideation to launch.
• Conduct competitive analysis of the mobile gaming landscape and user behavior.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and marketers as an end-to-end product owner.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product/project management within the mobile gaming industry.
• Hands-on experience in managing negotiations and finalizing contractual agreements.
• Proven experience leading the ideation and development of new mobile games or apps.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Russian language proficiency is required for working with studios from CIS countries.

• Experience working on mobile games with a proven track record of successful planning, development, and launches.
