TL;DR

Site Reliability Engineer (Data Infrastructure): Responsible for the reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence of hirify.global’s ML Platform services with an accent on SLOs/alerting, incident response, capacity planning, and automation. Focus on improving the hirify.global Feature Store, deploying and maintaining Langfuse, and contributing to reliability work for ML Platform services.

Location: Hybrid work model with recommended but not enforced 2 days in the office. Offices are located in Kaunas and Vilnius.

Salary: €3,625-€4,908 gross per month

What you will do

• Work with MLOps engineers to deliver deployment solutions for seamless ML model deployment to production.
• Monitor and improve the hirify.global Feature Store to reliably support 240k feature-read RPS while meeting SLOs.
• Participate in deploying and maintaining self-hosted Langfuse for LLM evaluation and observability.
• Contribute to reliability work for ML Platform services in collaboration with the team.
• Build up observability and operational tooling for model deployment and platform services.
• Assist with integrating deployment workflows with automated experimentation (A/B, shadow).

Requirements

• Have a solid programming background, ideally in Go.
• Have a solid understanding of Linux operating systems.
• Have experience in parts of our technology stack or similar tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• You’re curious, motivated to grow, and eager to deepen your expertise.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPUs and ML/LLM platforms (Vertex AI, feature stores, model deployment).
