What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day HR activities including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
• Support employee development initiatives and career progression programs.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead or participate in HR projects, such as process improvements and system implementations.
• Lead and manage the local recruitment team, executing full-cycle recruitment for various positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and team management.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, practices, and compliance requirements.
