What you will do

• Build complex Ruby on Rails applications.
• Develop server-side infrastructure for the user interface.
• Contribute across all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
• Evaluate and propose system improvements.
• Investigate and present alternative technologies for architectural review.

Requirements

• Strong experience (5+ years) developing, shipping, and maintaining Rails applications.
• Vast knowledge of Ruby and object-oriented programming and design.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• Experience with Redis/Memcache based caching and PostgreSQL.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
