What you will do

• Lead and evolve Information Security at hirify.global.
• Establish governance paired with proactive and reactive security measures.
• Collaborate closely with Central InfoSec team.
• Lead the Security guild.
• Develop and own security one-off initiatives, security processes and establish Security KPIs.
• Accountable for incident response for security related incidents.

Requirements

• Technical hands-on background either as a security engineer or developer.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of managing company wide security related projects / programs.
• Experience in implementing Security standards and policies.
• Hands on experience in AWS on similar environment.
• Experience in tech / product development companies.
