Join a fast-moving international #FinTech in Cyprus! We're looking for a Financial Analyst to support FP&A, forecasting, and performance insights at a regulated banking platform with global reach.

As Financial Analyst, you will:
🔵 Analyse revenues, costs, and margins across products and business lines
🔵 Build unit economics and profitability models to guide decisions
🔵 Prepare budgets (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and monitor execution
🔵 Develop forecasts and scenario models
🔵 Produce management reporting and track financial KPIs

We're seeking someone with 1–3 years in banking/fintech analysis, strong financial statements knowledge, advanced Excel (Power Query; VBA a plus), and Upper-Intermediate+ English & Russian. BI tools, ERP systems, and SQL/Python are a plus.
