🚨 We’re Hiring: #MLRO | #Remote | #Latvia | #PartTime
Join a fast-moving international #FinTech! We're looking for an MLRO to steer EMI licensing and AML/CFT set-up for a growing Payment Service Provider.
As MLRO, you will:
🔵 Act as designated MLRO for the EMI licence with the Bank of Latvia
🔵 Develop AML/CFT framework, policies, procedures and risk assessment
🔵 Ensure controls comply with Latvian law, EU AML rules and FATF
🔵 Coordinate with internal stakeholders, advisers and consultants
🔵 Serve as key contact for the regulator and prepare for full-time MLRO role
We're seeking 2+ years in AML/CFT, compliance or risk in regulated finance (preferably EMI/API), strong Latvian & EU AML knowledge, a relevant degree, and fluent English, Latvian, and Russian.
💶 Salary: €2,000–€4,000/month (part-time, B2B)
