What you will do

• Design and code Auth0 Actions using Node.js for custom authentication flows.
• Manage Auth0 Forms to maintain the Universal Login user experience.
• Develop and maintain robust API integrations between Auth0, e-commerce backend (WCS), and third-party services.
• Monitor and analyze authentication logs using Auth0 Log Streams and Datadog for deep-dive analysis and root cause diagnosis.
• Participate in support rotation for incident response and system resilience.
• Maintain and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines for deploying Auth0 configurations.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to manage Identity resources.

Requirements

• 3+ years of specific experience with Auth0 (Actions, Management API, Universal Login) in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in Node.js for complex API consumption, data transformation, and error handling.
• Proven experience with observability tools like Datadog, Splunk, or extensive log analysis to debug complex identity issues.
• Experience managing deployments via GitLab CI/CD pipelines (or similar tools).
• Deep understanding of OIDC, OAuth 2.0, JWT structure, and secure session practices.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with enterprise e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Background in Security Engineering with on-call/rotation experience.
