What you will do

• Own the business success and drive growth for virtualization workloads across APJ, developing and executing a regional “Workload Business Plan”.
• Integrate solution strategy into top strategic account technical plans, acting as a trusted advisor to uncover insights and accelerate workload adoption.
• Act as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for virtualization, leading technical wins, architecture reviews, and providing competitive intelligence.
• Evangelize the workload across Pure, partners, and the broader ecosystem, collaborating to identify complementary technologies and leading enablement sessions.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate, complete, and timely updates in SFDC for all engaged opportunities.

Requirements

• Highly motivated, independent, and self-starting with proven experience diagnosing performance issues and tuning virtualized environments.
• Proficient in one or more of VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services.
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure, Cloud, and Virtualization, with experience supporting or designing data architecture for Enterprise Companies.
• Outstanding content creation, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, coworkers, customers, and partners.
• Fluent in English and 10+ years’ experience in IT or cloud Infrastructure with special emphasis in areas of Compute, Storage, Networking, Business Continuity, and Performance.
