What you will do

• Drive the direction of technical solutions and continuous innovation for ad serving on hirify.global search.
• Design, develop, and productionize scalable offline machine learning pipelines and online serving components.
• Build and support high-volume, low-latency distributed systems handling billions of requests daily while meeting strict SLA requirements.
• Work closely with applied scientists to optimize machine learning models and advance the technical foundation for science innovation.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide them in delivering high-impact products and services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship experience in design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
• US work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics, or natural language processing.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, LLM, and prompt engineering.
