What you will do

  • Own the design, monitoring, and reporting of sales incentive plans, ensuring alignment with company strategy and revenue objectives.
  • Prepare executive-level incentive performance reports, explaining results, variances, and impacts on overall sales performance.
  • Build and maintain high-quality executive dashboards covering sales, pipeline, revenue, product performance, and incentives.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for business requirements related to Salesforce developments for hirify.global and Cobee.
  • Serve as the key interface between local business teams and global Salesforce, Product, and Tech stakeholders.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze Sales and Product performance KPIs across the commercial funnel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Intelligence, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong, hands-on expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud mandatory).
  • Proven experience in sales incentive planning, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Highly comfortable preparing and delivering executive-level presentations to senior management and C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with complex KPIs and performance models.
  • Fluent Portuguese and advanced English are required.
