What you will do

  • Drive and manage cross-functional projects within the Revenue Operations division, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist Sales teams in building, positioning, adjusting, and hitting their forecasts, acting as a thought partner.
  • Provide business support to Sales for managing opportunities, troubleshooting, crafting quotes, and managing paperwork.
  • Deliver critical insights through reporting and data analysis, enabling informed decision-making for key stakeholders.
  • Spearhead initiatives to streamline revenue-related processes, enhancing operational efficiency and increasing win rates.
  • Add value to sales and leadership cadence as a change agent via best practice sharing and enabling new process adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Strong analytical, data mining, MS Office Suite, and data modeling skills.
  • Ability to drive execution, initiate projects, and manage them start to end.
  • Creative and solution-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner with inquisitiveness and openness to expand skill set.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a direct sales position.
  • Experience in tech, ideally software companies.
  • Experience working with CRM, CPQ, SFDC, and Clari.
