Salary: $68,000 – $100,000/year

What you will do

  • Provide front-line technical support for global enterprise customers and partners.
  • Support hirify.global's product line of IT Security and Privileged Access Management solutions.
  • Resolve customer technical problems through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting via web, phone, and email.
  • Document all technical inquiries and develop content for knowledge sharing.
  • Work directly with global support colleagues and other departments to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Support or a similar position in a software company.
  • 3+ years of experience at a SaaS or security vendor in a consultancy or advisory role.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and server platforms.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical aspects of a system.
  • Must be able to work independently as part of a domestic and international team.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for customers.

Nice to have

  • Kubernetes experience.
  • Jenkins experience.
  • Ansible experience.
