What you will do
- Provide front-line technical support for global enterprise customers and partners.
- Support hirify.global's product line of IT Security and Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Resolve customer technical problems through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting via web, phone, and email.
- Document all technical inquiries and develop content for knowledge sharing.
- Work directly with global support colleagues and other departments to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Support or a similar position in a software company.
- 3+ years of experience at a SaaS or security vendor in a consultancy or advisory role.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and server platforms.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical aspects of a system.
- Must be able to work independently as part of a domestic and international team.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for customers.

- Kubernetes experience.
- Jenkins experience.
- Ansible experience.
