What you will do

  • Lead the creative vision for various game projects and provide artistic direction to the team.
  • Oversee a team of Artists and Animators, managing 4-6 projects concurrently.
  • Manage project timelines, estimates, budgets, and ensure high-quality visual output.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product, engineering, and design teams.
  • Mentor and support the professional development of junior team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial projects with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional Art Direction skills.
  • Proven experience leading teams of Artists and Animators.
  • Experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects/teams.
  • Fluent in English with an Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level (C1+), with strong verbal and written communication skills for international client interaction.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with animation principles and software like Spine.
  • Experience in the online casino/gaming industry.
