What you will do
- Lead the creative vision for multiple projects and provide direction and feedback to artists and animators.
- Manage 4–6 projects simultaneously, including timelines, estimates, budgets, and quality control.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams.
- Communicate with international clients, provide project updates, and manage expectations.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial projects and a portfolio demonstrating strong art direction skills.
- Experience leading artists and animators and managing multiple projects or teams simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or Advanced level is required.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in everyday work is required.
- Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with animation principles and Spine.
- Experience in online casino or gaming projects.
