What you will do

• Lead and manage daily Candidate Experience (CEx) operations to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Directly manage a team of approximately 13 CEx members, supporting their growth and performance.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights and reports.
• Serve as the main point of contact for senior recruiting and business stakeholders.
• Adapt the team's approach to support global growth and encourage local leadership.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale operations in recruiting, talent acquisition, support, or similar areas.
• Experience managing large teams (10+ people), including performance management.
• Strong analytical capability and comfort working with data, metrics, and reporting.
• Experience working with and influencing senior leaders in complex organizations.
• Familiarity with automation, AI tools, and large-scale ATS platforms.
• Work model: Hybrid 1week/cycle in Brazil (Belo Horizonte, Campinas, Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo).

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Ashby, GoodTime, and Greenhouse.
• Previous experience in Recruiting Ops or TA Ops.
• Exposure to global, high-growth environments or extensive automation.
