Location: Local residency in Mexico City (CDMX) is required, with frequent onsite visits to Mexico City and quarterly strategic reviews in Chile. Bi-annual trips to the United States are also required.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end relationships for high-value accounts, ensuring strategic alignment between business goals and hirify.global’s platform.
- Operate with a "sales mindset" to identify and capitalize on expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as a critical intermediary between merchant business needs and hirify.global’s technical teams.
- Proactively keep client teams aligned and provide rigorous, data-backed challenges to their internal assumptions.
- Conduct frequent onsite visits in Mexico City and lead quarterly strategic reviews and executive onsites in Chile.
- Leverage a deep understanding of fraud detection technologies to translate data into actionable insights and influence hirify.global’s product roadmap.
Requirements
- Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- 8+ years of success in senior enterprise SaaS roles, consulting, or account management managing strategic accounts.
- A deep understanding of the banking, fraud, or payments landscape is essential.
- Proven track record of presenting to and negotiating with CxO-level executives.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve revenue targets through retention and expansion.
- Ability to travel 30%+, including quarterly trips to Chile and bi-annual trips to the United States.

- Foundational background in Data Science, Business Intelligence (BI), Analytics, or Product Management.
- First-hand experience running a fraud prevention program at a large Latin American merchant.
