- Act as the social creative voice, collaborating with internal teams on campaign extensions.
- Guide and nurture junior team members to scale their craft and take ownership.

Requirements
- Robust portfolio demonstrating social-first ideas with impeccable craft and taste, preferably within tech or fashion.
- Ability to manage shoot productions and conceptualize ideas with limited direction.
- Expertise in communicating a clear point of view to senior stakeholders using mood boards and presentations.
- Established relationships with photographers, 3D designers, and creators.
- High proficiency in Photoshop and a deep understanding of video editing for different platforms.
- Pragmatic approach to production, ensuring ideas are feasible while maintaining high brand standards.
