What you will do

• Analyze cash flows and manage liquidity for merchant processing, including strategic FX trade reviews.
• Take full ownership of the payment lifecycle, including preparing, inputting, and auditing transfers.
• Manage daily bank account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and resolve exceptions.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for payment investigations, utilizing deep system knowledge.
• Continuously improve operational documentation and identify automation opportunities.
• Manage relationships with external banks and card schemes to resolve operational queries swiftly.

Requirements

• Background in treasury or payment operations with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and a process-driven mindset for continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, successfully managing complex tasks and tight deadlines.
• Clear communication and a collaborative spirit to build productive relationships with global stakeholders.
