* Bring your experience to build our scaling engine and ensure we can seize all opportunities in a structured manner.
THE SKILLS WE’RE ARE AFTER:
* You have a strategic mindset and understand the big picture to think beyond pure operations
* You are an optimizer at heart, who loves the challenges of a scaling phase
* You take ownership to simply make things happen.
* You are an Excel and data analysis wizard who also loves working with ERP systems
* You are a structured project lead, detail oriented and precise
* You are a proactive problem solver, who is not afraid to get their hands dirty
* Good communication skills, energy and positive can-do personality will also be valued
* You are fully proficient in Finnish (to manage Finnish partners) and in English (team language)
EXPERIENCE:
* 3-6 years experience in strategic operations, finance, business control, management consulting or other relevant field
