Rebl Eats is building the next generation food-to-go brand (www.rebleats.com). Founded four years ago, the company is having a really strong momentum and growing fast in Finland while kicking-off international expansion, so it’s the right time to expand the team once again.
Today, we create sustainable ready-to-eat meals and snacks, available in supermarkets and food delivery. Rebl Eats has already sold more than 4 million products across Finland and is now live in Sweden, with Denmark in the pipeline next. The company is backed by Wolt founder Elias Aalto, among other prominent investors and has been selected in Slush 100’s iconic competition, 2024. You might also have seen us in the investment TV-show “Leijonan Luola” and more recently, winning the 2025-26 season of Suomalainen Menestysresepti with Shalaatti.
We are now looking for an Operations Manager to grow our operational capacity to seize all opportunities (from new product lines to new markets). This new role, which will report to our awesome VP Operations.
“OPERATIONS” IN THIS ROLE INCLUDES 3 MAIN PARTS:
* Contract Manufacturers and suppliers management:
* Skills:
* A strong commercial/financial mindset combined with people & relationship building skills, to be able to negotiate critical yearly contracts with existing or new partners
* Being able to take into account the big picture and the overall strategy, to handle operations aspects and negotiating deals in a holistic way.
* Scope:
* Manage the relationship with our contract manufacturers on a day-to-day
* Handle yearly contract and pricing negotiations in a strategic way, to ensure the best quality and prices possible at all times.
* Collaborate with partners to solve challenges together when those arise
* For new product lines: source, assess and negotiate with new production partners
* Procurement & operations processes
* Skills:
* Strategic and critical thinking, to understand how different aspects connect (commercial, financial, ops, product)
* A solid optimization mindset to lead our procurement efforts on ingredient sourcing
* Scope:
* Procurement: own the relationship with our ingredient partners and lead new ingredient sourcing (from price negotiation to identify opportunities for upgrades or cost optimization)
* When relevant, develop and strengthen our supply chain processes and systems, to ensure we are ready to scale (new markets, new customers, new product ranges)
* Project Management and leadership:
* Skills:
* Strong project leadership skills
* Experience working cross-functionally, taking into account product, sales, finance, supply chain and ops partners
* Scope:
* In New Product Development projects, this role will take ownership of the operations aspects of the launch, and make sure the whole supply chain is synched to produce and bring the new products on the market on time (from production, prices, quality, to storage and logistics).
In short, you will be an instrumental part of strengthening our operations and will lead our operations in multiple new growth pillars, to get the company to the next level.
