What you will do

• Deliver a new AI agent experience every 6 weeks, balancing speed with reliability and minimal technical debt.
• Architect clean, testable, and performant mobile solutions that scale as agent capabilities are replicated across the app.
• Use AI coding tools for ~70% of coding to review, refine, and ship features faster.
• Ensure AI features shipped on Web reach Mobile fast, owning the mobile layer end-to-end.

Requirements

• Mobile expertise with Swift and experience shipping at pace; Kotlin is a plus.
• Startup mindset: a fast learner and confident shipper who thrives under velocity constraints without sacrificing quality; fintech or regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Early adopter of AI coding tools and use them daily to amplify output.
• Adaptable, pragmatic, and commit once a decision is made.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders and navigate cross-functional squads with ease.

Hiring process
