This is a senior leadership role at a pivotal stage of product development. Our client is looking for someone who can design and scale a sustainable growth engine from the ground up, operating with a high level of ownership, speed, and strategic autonomy.
From the start, this role owns marketing growth and PAM. Over time, it is structured to evolve into a General Managerβlevel position, with full P&L responsibility for the product as an independent business unit.

Lead and scale end-to-end marketing growth.
Own the full customer journey: acquisition β onboarding β subscription monetization.
Define go-to-market strategy, positioning, and core messaging.
Scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels.
Build and own the martech and experimentation framework.
Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing growth team.
Take full accountability for profitability and growth efficiency.

5+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or User Acquisition.
Leadership experience with direct responsibility for business results.
Proven background in building and monetizing web-based funnels.
Hands-on experience managing large budgets and creative volume.
Strong understanding of paid channel scaling mechanics.
Hands-on experience with subscription-based monetization models and Web2App funnels.
This includes web-to-app conversion, onboarding, retention, and subscription revenue optimization.
