What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring quality, timeliness, accurate billing, and client satisfaction.
- Plan work effectively and efficiently, providing deliverables according to scope and timelines.
- Develop technical knowledge and provide professional accounting advice to clients across multiple industries.
- Work closely with stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes, including process automation and customer excellence.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure adherence to professional standards and client confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore and have a basic understanding of Singapore's regulatory framework (Companies Act 1967, AML/CFT policies, ACRA regulations).
- Recognized degree/diploma in Business Administration, Corporate Services, Legal Studies, or equivalent.
- Preferably more than 5 years of experience in client-facing corporate secretarial matters, including RQI and named company secretary roles.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to adapt to VUCA thinking.
- English: B2 required.
