What you will do

• Develop and implement data protection and privacy policies and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide privacy support for new product launches and initiatives.
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) to embed privacy requirements following "Privacy by Design" principles.
• Manage data privacy matters to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable data privacy laws.
• Execute data governance policies, including data mapping, quality, and sharing.
• Track and manage data access and data subject requests across business functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Common law or EU (any EU jurisdiction) qualified lawyer with at least 3-5 years PQE (post-qualification experience).
• Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations in SG (Singapore) and experience in a data privacy compliance program.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills for interacting with internal and external parties.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the gaming or TMT (Technology, Media, Telecommunications) industry.
• CIPP/E, CIPP/US, and CIPM certifications.
