TL;DR
Solutions Architect: Designing and configuring contact center call flows and integrating them with business systems with an accent on optimizing call handling, automation, and analytics. Focus on leading deployment efforts, troubleshooting issues, and providing expert insights during implementation.
Location: Onsite in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Must be able to work US hours.

What you will do
- Design and configure contact center call flows, ensuring seamless integrations and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with clients to understand operational needs and tailor Dialpad solutions.
- Provision and configure desk phones, providing best practices.
- Lead deployment efforts, overseeing call flow design and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and identify bugs.
- Analyze workflows, perform risk analysis, and manage change for project success.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of modern cloud communication platforms (Google G-Suite, Office 365) and Business VoIP Telephony Services.
- Deep knowledge of VoIP CODECs, Network Infrastructure (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless, WAN), and Data Center Technologies (Public & Private Clouds).
- Proven track record in implementing CCaaS and UCaaS solutions.
- Expertise in software engineering, programming languages, system integrations, and database management.
- Ability to work US hours is required.
- English: B2 required.
