DISH was established in 2015 as a wholly owned subsidiary of METRO AG to develop digital solutions that contribute to the success of HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, and caterers).
What you will do
- Lead the People & Culture team with clarity, direction and strategic alignment.
- Lead strategic People & Culture projects, presenting them effectively to C‑level, and ensuring execution and follow‑through.
- Steer core People & Culture processes such as salary reviews, internal mobility, FTE planning, and alignment with finance.
- Manage and evolve our grading framework, compensation models, STI system, and internal progression structures.
- Drive organisational development: analysing team structures, advising on change, supporting workforce planning, and guiding leaders through transformation.
- Act as a trusted partner to managers by providing proactive, clear, and consistent advice including legal related work topics.
Requirements
- Very good expertise across People & Culture domains, including compensation, talent development, org design, employment law, and leadership support.
- The ability to translate data, workforce insights, and business needs into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Experience leading teams and creating alignment, structure, and clarity across stakeholders at all levels.
- A mindset focused on consistency, fairness, and transparency grounded in frameworks rather than subjective decisions.
- Proven capability in driving change, enabling leaders, and helping organisations navigate growth or restructuring.
- A peoplecentric approach with excellent communication skills, trustbuilding abilities, and a handson, solutionoriented working style.
- Fluent in German and English.
