What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social media, email, WhatsApp, and other engagement channels.
• Create clear briefs for designers, videographers, editors, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality content delivery.
• Manage posting schedules, track performance, and provide actionable insights for audience growth.
• Support lead generation initiatives including story reply flows, comment-to-DM journeys, WhatsApp opt-ins, and landing pages.
• Map and optimise customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Assist in planning and executing internal and small-scale external events, contributing creative ideas to enhance impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years in marketing, communications, or related roles in fast-paced environments (startups, scale-ups, agencies).
• Proven experience managing social media channels, campaigns, and audience engagement.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, or analytics tools.
• Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent written communication in English.
• Must be able to work onsite in Dubai, UAE.
