What you will do

• Design and build intuitive, high-performance frontend solutions using React and TypeScript.
• Partner with Product Managers and UX designers to solve complex product challenges.
• Drive technical quality, influence architecture, and mentor other engineers.
• Ship features in small, frequent increments with a strong focus on scalability.
• Help build and maintain automated tests (unit, E2E).
• Continuously improve engineering practices and team workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern state management.
• Deep understanding of performance, maintainability, and scalable UI architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Experience integrating frontend apps with backend services (REST, WebSockets).
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack or Vite.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Confidence mentoring others and communicating technical concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization.
• Basic backend knowledge (.NET is a plus).
