What you will do

• Own and evolve the architecture of hirify.global’s mobile applications across iOS and Android on React Native.
• Drive technical decisions and set standards for code quality, testing, and performance.
• Develop shared infrastructure, libraries, and components to be used across multiple teams.
• Improve developer experience, tooling, workflows, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance on career growth and skill development.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to align mobile experience with strategy and customer needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience, with significant mobile development and hands-on coding.
• Proven experience leading mobile architecture and cross-platform solutions (React Native, iOS, Android).
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Experience building shared libraries, UI components, navigation frameworks, or developer tooling.
• Previously contributed to delivery processes and improving engineering efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and mentor engineers.
