What you will do
- Manage daily team operations, including workload planning, sprint rituals, and resolving delivery blockers.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and individual career development through regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with product and project managers to prioritize tasks and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Monitor and mitigate risks such as knowledge silos, attrition, and technical blockers.
- Analyze and improve delivery, quality, and cycle time metrics to maintain operational baselines.
- Implement and iterate on new team processes and pilot process innovations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including engineers, QA, and product/design.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, software architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Must be able to relocate to Cyprus (company provides full visa and relocation support).
- English: B2+ proficiency required for collaboration in an international environment.
