System Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and formalize requirements for mobile banking applications (iOS, Android, HarmonyOS) and web-based admin panels.
• Develop functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Model business processes and logic using BPMN, UML, and flowcharts.
• Describe architecture and integrations across mobile apps, admin panel, API Gateway, microservices, and databases.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, development, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Manage the backlog, participate in roadmap and release planning, and ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and PSD2.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst in the banking or fintech domain.
• Strong understanding of banking products and processes (cards, accounts, loans, payments, card tokenization).
• Experience integrating banking and external systems (SWIFT, ERP, third-party providers).
• Experience working with microservice architecture and API-first solutions (REST, gRPC, event-driven).
• Strong skills in gathering and formalizing requirements, creating specifications, user stories, and process diagrams.
• Experience modeling business processes and data flows (BPMN, UML, ERD, C4, SIPOC).
• Experience working with mobile (iOS, Android, HarmonyOS) and web interfaces (Web UI/React).
• Knowledge of infrastructure and DevOps processes (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Keycloak, Vault).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban teams with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro.
• English: Intermediate+ required.
