Fullstack Developer (Information Security)

TL;DR

Fullstack Developer (Information Security): Building and maintaining internal automation tools, self-service portals, and system integrations for the InfoSec team with an accent on improving efficiency, transparency, and delivery speed. Focus on designing scalable and reliable internal web applications, implementing backend logic for automation, and integrating with enterprise systems like SIEM, IAM, and Jira.

Location: Flexible work from one of our offices or remote worldwide. Relocation support available to Cyprus, Serbia, or Kazakhstan for employee and family.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications to automate InfoSec processes (access, incident, compliance, asset management).
• Build and evolve self-service portals, internal dashboards, and workflow engines.
• Implement backend logic for automation, orchestration, and asynchronous workflows.
• Collaborate with SOC, AppSec, Infrastructure, Platform, and GRC teams to deliver security tools.
• Integrate internal services with Jira, SIEM, IAM, CMDB, GitLab, and cloud platforms.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of internal services with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Support and improve existing solutions, including refactoring and technical debt reduction.

Requirements

• Experience building production-ready web applications and internal services.
• Strong frontend skills: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, modern tooling, and component-based architecture.
• Strong backend skills: Python (FastAPI/Flask), API and business logic design, working with databases, transactions, and migrations; implementing asynchronous and integration-heavy workflows.
• Solid understanding of client–server architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience working in collaborative environments with code reviews, CI/CD, and documentation.
• English level B1+ required for documentation and communication.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal platforms, self-service portals, and admin tools.
• Experience integrating with Jira / Jira Service Management, SIEM, IAM, CMDB, GitLab.
• Understanding of SOC processes, incident response, and investigations.
• Hands-on experience in Kubernetes-based environments.
• Knowledge of secure coding and security-by-design principles.
• Experience automating security and compliance processes.
• Background in fintech, banking, or other regulated environments.
• Experience maintaining and evolving legacy systems.
• Interest in the information security domain and internal platforms.
