What you will do

• Create customer-facing video assets from start to finish for various platforms (web, mobile, TV).
• Think strategically about project/campaign big picture and the needs of all stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Video Producer Team to create and develop strategy and design for on-air promos.
• Commit to delivering projects on time, on budget, and on brand, meeting tight deadlines.
• Consistently track and showcase relevant inspiring works to motivate creative production teams.
• Drive scalability and repeatability by building standard operating processes (SOPs), style guides, and templates.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of design experience as a Motion Graphics Designer on short-form content.
• Understanding of post-production workflows and experience working in After Effects and Adobe Premier environment.
• Experience in designing and creating 2D motion graphics.
• Strong technical skills and proven ability to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Nice to have

• Experience in 3D animation techniques.
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D.
