What you will do

• Work with the marketing team to produce new ideas for advertising campaigns, marketing communications, and content.
• Deliver compelling content through motion graphics and audio, alongside the creative team.
• Support the creation of styleframes, moodboards, and visual explorations for campaigns.
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver videos demonstrating product innovation.
• Evaluate creative trends, provide insights, and keep up-to-date with marketing techniques.
• Develop a unique motion identity for the hirify.global brand with the Creative team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an agency, in-house, or freelance role with a strong design and motion portfolio.
• Good understanding of pacing, music, shot selection, and video editing aspects.
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color, and composition.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Illustrator.
• Fluency in basic 3D (Cinema 4D or Blender).
• Strong communication skills, able to clearly convey ideas through storyboards and style frames.
• This role is open to Singapore-based candidates only.

• Familiarity with Figma.
• Passion for music and music production knowledge.
