Location: Hybrid work model, with opportunities to work remotely, from home, or up to three months each year from another country. Expected to work from a location within Europe due to office presence and team distribution.

Salary: €2,160–€2,640

What you will do

• Monitor and investigate suspicious financial activity on the hirify.global marketplace daily.
• Contribute to building an AML/CTF compliance culture within the company.
• Provide advice and guidance on AML/CTF laws.
• Support the creation and implementation of AML processes and procedures for transaction monitoring.
• Work with international customers from various jurisdictions.
• Carry out research and investigation, making decisions based on complex case information.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the AML field in a financial institution.
• Hands-on experience performing transaction monitoring on both legal and natural persons.
• Ability to perform analysis and present findings in a structured manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
