What you will do

• Lead Workday platform administration, serving as the primary subject matter expert for Workday HCM configuration, security, and optimization.
• Design and continuously improve Workday business processes to streamline HR operations and support global growth.
• Manage all Workday integrations with payroll, benefits, and third-party HR tools using EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Partner with People Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain advanced security configurations, data mapping, and system architecture documentation.
• Optimize Workday system performance and lead technical troubleshooting for complex issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of deep technical experience configuring and administering Workday HCM.
• Expert-level knowledge of Workday's data model, object relationships, and system architecture.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday business process framework, including complex conditional logic and security.
• Expert-level Workday reporting skills (custom, advanced, matrix, composite reports).
• Strong experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connector, Web Services, Workday Studio).
• Proficiency with Workday tenant management, sandbox environments, and release management.
